ck-jewellery offers delivery through Courier Service and Box Now.
Delivery Methods
You may choose one of the available shipping methods during checkout:
- ACS Courier Delivery – delivery to the address you provide when placing your order.
- Box Now Locker Delivery – delivery to the Box Now locker selected during checkout, where available.
Shipping Details
- Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, additional time is required for processing and preparation.
- Processing time: 2-5 business days
- ACS Courier typical shipping times for Greece and abroad are provided below:
- Urban areas in Greece: 1-2 business days.
- Mainland areas in Greece: 1-3 business days.
- Islands/Remote areas in Greece: 2-5 business days.
- Europe: 3-7 business days.
- Outside Europe: 7-15 business days.
- Box Now typical shipping times for Greece and Cyprus are provided below:
- Urban and Mainland areas in Greece: 1-2 business days.
- Islands and Cyprus: 3-4 business days.
- Delivery times are calculated after order processing.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination, availability, courier conditions, holidays, or other external factors.
- Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information, where available.
- ck-jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, Box Now, weather conditions, strikes, remote area restrictions, or other events outside its control.
Delivery Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, failure to collect from the courier, or failure to collect from a Box Now locker within the required time, re-shipping costs may apply.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the address provided or upon deposit in the selected Box Now locker, as applicable.
Shipping Costs
- ACS Courier shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed:
- Greece: 3,5 Euro flat fee. Free of charge, over 80 Euro.
- Europe: 12 Euro flat fee. Free of charge, over 150 Euro.
- Outside Europe: 20 Euro flat fee.
- Box Now shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
- Greece: 3 Euro flat fee. Free of charge, over 80 Euro.
- Cyprus: 8 Euro flat fee. Free of charge, over 120 Euro.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) option:
- ACS Courier (Greece only): 3 Euro flat fee. Free of charge, over 80 Euro.
- Box Now (Greece and Cyprus): 1 Euro flat fee. Free of charge, over 80 Euro.
- Return shipping costs are governed by the sections below.
Product Replacement for Defective or Wrong Items
In case of a real defect or lack of an agreed characteristic, the buyer may request, without extra charge, a product replacement. You are entitled to correction or replacement at no cost if the order is fulfilled incorrectly, for example:
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong quantity
- Defective item
- Damaged packaging
In such cases:
- You may contact ck-jewellery within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery at (+30) 694 8377 739 and email: info@ck-jewellery.com to report the issue and receive approval.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all original accompanying documents (receipt, warranty, instructions).
- For wrong/defective orders, returns are shipped with the courier specified by ck-jewellery, and ck-jewellery covers the shipping cost.
- ck-jewellery is not responsible for loss or damage during transport of the return shipment.
- If returned products are received damaged or incomplete, ck-jewellery may request compensation proportional to their condition and offsetting that amount against the initial product price.
Product Replacement for Non-Defective Products
You may replace a non-defective product and request an exchange for other product(s) within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt:
- Either up to the amount already paid, or
- By paying any price difference for a higher-value item.
In such cases:
- You may contact ck-jewellery within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery at (+30) 694 8377 739 and email: info@ck-jewellery.com to select the replacement product(s).
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all original accompanying documents (receipt, warranty, instructions).
- For non-defective products, returns are shipped with the courier specified by ck-jewellery, and the customer covers the shipping cost.
- ck-jewellery is not responsible for loss or damage during transport of the return shipment.
- If returned products are received damaged or incomplete, ck-jewellery may request compensation proportional to their condition and offsetting that amount against the initial product price.
Product replacements are not applicable for:
- Handcrafted earrings, for hygiene reasons.
- Made-to-order / special manufacture items
- Modified items
- Personalized/custom orders
