These Terms of Use govern the use of the ck-jewellery website and services. Visiting and using ck-jewellery implies unconditional consent and acceptance of the terms below.
2) General Terms
ck-jewellery reserves the exclusive right to update or modify the website, these terms, and the transaction conditions at any time. Any amendments, changes, or additions will be published in this text in a timely manner.
3) Information and Products
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the information on ck-jewellery is complete, accurate, and reliable. However, ck-jewellery is not responsible for potential errors in product features, photos, or prices, and cannot guarantee that errors will never occur during entry and/or updating of product details and/or pricing.
If a user notices a product offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, they must contact ck-jewellery by email before placing the order.
4) Limitation of Liability
Within the framework of its e-commerce transactions, ck-jewellery bears no liability and has no obligation to compensate for any damage or loss resulting from order cancellation, non-fulfillment, or delayed fulfillment for any reason.
ck-jewellery does not guarantee product availability as displayed in the online store. It informs customers about availability based on its records and, in case of changes, will notify customers promptly. In such cases, ck-jewellery has no further liability.

7) Right to Cancel an Order
The user may cancel an order through any means of communication, provided that the order has not already been executed.

Use of the online store does not require creating an account. During checkout, the user will be asked either to log in (if registered) or to provide delivery details. If the user wishes, they may set a password so their details are stored for future transactions; otherwise, they will need to re-enter details in future purchases.
